Donation Request Form

If you would like to request a donation from Pasta Too, please fill out our donation request form below. We will review your request & get back to you as soon as we can. Please allow us at least 30 days’ lead time for any request. Events that are under 30 days away will need to be handled in-person at our restaurant. All donations must be picked up at our restaurant location. Pickup times are between 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and/or must be prearranged.
