Minimum of 4 yrs experience in a high volume, reputable dining establishment.
- A stable work history
- No more than two jobs in the previous five years.
- Maintains the recipes and standards set forth by the restaurant.
- Personally corrects below standard issues and positively reacts to achieve the highest quality of the restaurant.
- Demonstrates skill and care when hiring, training, coaching, appraising and terminating of staff.
- Demonstrates a professional work relationship with employees.
- Ensure profitability through effective management of labor, controllable expenses, utilities, repairs.
- Takes responsibility for growth and development by setting goals and seeking out knowledge without direction.
- Conducts daily checks for quality of freshness and food presentation that are set forth by the restaurant.
- Maintains a professional dress code for themselves as well as their staff.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary environment that are set forth by the restaurant.
- Demonstrates and promotes safety awareness.
